Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a private transfer in Greece?

Choose your route or fill in the booking form, then tap 'Request a Quote via WhatsApp'. Your details are sent to us automatically and we reply in the chat with your confirmed price and pick-up details.

How much does a private airport transfer cost?

Prices are fixed per vehicle, not per person, and depend on distance and vehicle type. Every route page shows the starting price ('From €XX') for a standard car and the price for larger vehicles. Tolls and luggage within the vehicle's capacity are included. Your final price is confirmed in writing before you travel.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash (euros) or by bank card. The payment method is confirmed together with your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. Just send us a message on WhatsApp.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us your flight number when booking. Airport pick-ups include one hour of free waiting time, so you have time to collect your luggage. If your flight is significantly delayed or changed, message us on WhatsApp and we will adjust the pick-up.

Where will the driver meet me?

At airports your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign (Meet & Greet). At ferry ports the driver waits at the exit of your ship's gate. At hotels, in the lobby or at reception.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Infant seats and booster seats are free of charge. Please tell us how many you need and the children's ages when booking.

Can I book a return transfer?

Of course. Mention your return date, time and flight or ferry details in the 'Additional information' field and we will arrange both journeys.

Can I travel with extra luggage?

Yes. Tell us how many suitcases, pushchairs, golf bags or bicycles you have and we will assign a vehicle with enough space, such as a Mercedes Vito minivan.

Do you offer island and port transfers?

Yes. We cover the main ferry ports (such as Piraeus and Rafina) and island airports including Santorini, Mykonos, Crete, Rhodes, Corfu, Kos, Zakynthos and more.
