Who we are
Olympus Transfers Greece provides private passenger transfers in Greece. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
When you request a booking we receive the details you choose to send: your name, phone number (via WhatsApp), pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers and luggage, child seat requirements, flight number and any additional information.
How we use it
We use your data only to arrange and perform your transfer, communicate with you about your booking, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Booking details are shared with the assigned driver. Messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. If analytics are enabled, anonymised usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for the period required by Greek tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
