Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026 · Olympus Transfers Greece
1. About these terms
These terms apply to private transfer services booked with Olympus Transfers Greece through this website or WhatsApp. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.
2. Bookings
A request sent through the website or WhatsApp is not yet a booking. A booking is confirmed once we reply with a written confirmation including the price, date, time, vehicle and pick-up details. Please check all details carefully and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
3. Prices
Prices on the website are starting prices per vehicle, one way, in euros, and include VAT, tolls and luggage within the vehicle's capacity. The final price is confirmed in writing before the transfer and may differ from the starting price for larger vehicles, extra stops, additional luggage or special requests.
4. Payment
Payment is made by cash (euros) or by bank card. The payment method is agreed when your booking is confirmed.
5. Waiting time
For airport pick-ups, one hour of free waiting time is included. Please provide your flight number so we can plan around your arrival. For other pick-ups, please be ready at the agreed time.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Please cancel by WhatsApp message so you have a written record.
7. Child seats
Infant seats and booster seats are provided free of charge. They must be requested at the time of booking, stating the number of seats and children's ages.
8. Passengers and luggage
Passenger numbers and luggage must match the booking. The driver may refuse to carry additional passengers or luggage if safety or legal limits would be exceeded.
9. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control, nor for missed flights or ferries where reasonable journey time was not allowed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
10. Contact
You can contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7785 182225.
